In today’s competitive business environment, companies are seeking every advantage that they can to increase productivity. Even with reduced staffing levels supervisors are still expected to lead their subordinates and accomplish the tasks at hand.

The goal is to get employees to perform their jobs at peak efficiency on a consistent basis.

One way to get more with less is to use proven motivation techniques to energize and engage your employees. These do not have to be complex or costly to be effective.
